No returns or exchanges for bras, panties, or bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges are only accepted for factory defects or size exchanges for loungewear, within 7 days after receiving the goods.

To be eligible for exchange, items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original labels and price tags fully attached.

Customers are required to provide a full unboxing video as proof when submitting any complaint or defect claim.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange is limited to one time only per invoice.

Sale items and any purchases made from other retailers are not eligible for exchange.
