Refund policy

  • All sales are final. Items sold are non-refundable.

  • No returns or exchanges for bras, panties, or bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for factory defects or size exchanges for loungewear, within 7 days after receiving the goods.

  • To be eligible for exchange, items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original labels and price tags fully attached.

  • Customers are required to provide a full unboxing video as proof when submitting any complaint or defect claim.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exchange is limited to one time only per invoice.

  • Sale items and any purchases made from other retailers are not eligible for exchange.
